Installation #
- Install Ultra Addon for WPForms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Activate the plugin.
- Ensure WPForms is installed and active.
- The Date & Time Field will now be available in the WPForms form builder.
How to Use the Date & Time Field #
Step 1: Open a Form #
- Navigate to WPForms → All Forms
- Edit an existing form or create a new one.
Step 2: Add the Date & Time Field #
- Locate the Date & Time Field in the form fields panel.
- Drag and drop it into your form layout.
Step 3: Configure Field Settings #
From the field settings panel, you can:
- Choose date format (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY)
- Select time format (12-hour or 24-hour)
- Enable or disable time selection
- Set minimum and maximum selectable dates
