AWeber Integration

Overview #

The Ultra Addons AWeber Integration for WPForms allows you to automatically send form submissions directly to your AWeber account. This eliminates the need to manually export or copy subscriber data from WPForms to your email marketing list. Every submission—including name, email, and custom fields—is synced securely in real time, keeping your lists accurate and up-to-date.

Use this addon for contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, registration forms, order forms, surveys, or any form where you want to grow your email list.

🛠️ Getting Started #

1. Install & Activate the Addon #

• Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
• Go to Plugins → Add New.
• Upload the Ultra Addons AWeber Integration ZIP file.
• Click Install, then Activate.

2. Connect Your AWeber Account #

• Navigate to WPForms → Settings → Integrations.
• Find Ultra Addons – AWeber in the list.
• Click Connect.
• Sign in with your AWeber account.
• Allow required permissions so the addon can add subscribers to your lists.

Once connected, you’re ready to link forms with your AWeber lists.

3. Map Form Fields #

• Go to WPForms → All Forms.
• Open the form you want to integrate.
• Navigate to Settings → Ultra Addons AWeber.
• Map your WPForms fields to corresponding AWeber fields (e.g., Name → Name, Email → Email).

4. Configure Lists & Tags #

• Choose the AWeber list you want submissions to go to.
• (Optional) Add tags to categorize subscribers automatically.

5. Save & Test the Integration #

• Save your form settings.
• Submit a test entry on your form.
• Check your AWeber account to ensure the subscriber is added correctly.

Troubleshooting Guide #

Subscribers not appearing in AWeber

• Reconnect your AWeber account from WPForms → Settings → Integrations.
• Ensure the selected list exists and is active.
• Check your field mapping to confirm all required fields are mapped correctly.

Permission Errors

• Reauthorize the integration by clicking Reconnect in WPForms → Settings → Integrations.

Form Not Syncing

• Ensure your WPForms version is up-to-date.
• Check for plugin conflicts by temporarily deactivating other plugins.
