Requirements #

Before using this addon, make sure you have:

• WordPress installed and running
• WPForms plugin installed and activated
• Ultra Addons for WPForms installed and activated
• Digital Signature Addon enabled

Installation #

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New.
3. Upload the Ultra Addons for WPForms plugin zip file.
4. Click Install Now, then Activate.
5. Make sure WPForms is active.

How to Enable the Digital Signature Addon #

1. Go to Ultra Addons → Addons
2. Find Digital Signature for WPForms
3. Click Enable

Once enabled, the signature field will be available inside WPForms form builder.

How to Add a Digital Signature Field in WPForms #

Step 1: Open Your Form #

1. Go to WPForms → All Forms
2. Click Edit on the form where you want to collect signatures
   (or create a new form)

Step 2: Add the Signature Field #

1. In the form builder, look for the Digital Signature field
2. Drag and drop it into your form layout

You can place it anywhere, but it works best near:

• Terms & Conditions
• Agreement/Consent sections
• Final confirmation area

Step 3: Customize Field Settings #

Click the Digital Signature field to open its settings.

You can configure:

• Field Label
  Example: Signature
• Description (Optional)
  Example: Please sign using your finger or mouse.
• Required Field
  Enable this if the form must not submit without a signature.

When users open the form, they will see a signature pad where they can:

• Draw their signature using mouse or touch
• Clear and re-sign if needed
