Can the phone field automatically detect a user’s country?
Yes! The Advanced Phone Addon supports GeoIP detection, which automatically identifies the user’s location and sets the appropriate country code. This ensures faster and more accurate phone number entries.
What happens if GeoIP is disabled?
No problem — you can set a default country in the addon’s global settings. When GeoIP detection is off, the field will use your chosen default country code automatically.
Can I restrict the countries shown in the dropdown?
